Outstanding Operative Award
The Outstanding Operative Award is a great feat of achievement. These are not given out lightly. When an agent performs a task that is seen by Higher-Ups as outstanding, they will quickly present that agent with said award. These tasks can vary wildly from completing an assigned mission singlehandedly, to working as a team, to fecthing a coffee for your assigned mentor. Yes, even an Introductory Intern or Junior Sprout such as yourself can be elligible to receive this spectacular award. If you would like to increase your chances of being named an Outstanding Operative, your best bet is to be an Outstanding Operative. Follow all protocols, stick to the rules, make wise decisions, follow instructions, and listen to Higher-Ups. Doing these things will automatically put you in the running. Significance
The Outstanding Operative Awards are a prestigious symbol in the world of W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P.. They are awarded for merit and encourage agents to believe in themselves and each other. It is suspected that they are also used to keep agents in line.
Appearance
While the exact look of the Outstanding Operative Awards have changed over the years, they are almost always recognizable by shape, size, and general makeup. Their multifaceted rhombic or trapezoidal body is composed of a translucent crystaline material that has not exactly been specified, inscribed with the agent's name, date, and brief description of reasoning. It is typically perched upon a shiny heavy metal stand.Rarity
It is unknown exactly how many of these have been awarded to agents over the years, but most W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. employees know of at least one person who owns one. The awards are not overused by the company. This gives them a significant value and makes them something that agents aspire to earn.

Some irresponsible people, I'm not gonna name names, have tried to actually use it for a mirror in the past. When applying lipstick. I said, Harbor, get your fingerprints off of that fine crystal! Welp. I guess you know who it was now, but she's not the only one. On multiple occasions, while talking to Machete, I swear that guy is staring at his own reflection. He thinks he's so cool. He kinda is, but he's so full of himself that he ends up not actually paying attention to what I'm saying. After I dismiss him, he comes back asking what I said again. He blames it on my 'tangents' but I know what the real reason is.
