Composition
Manpower
Many W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. agents are trained to be Creeping Junipers even if they will never actually carry out a mission. The organization believes that it is good for all operatives to be able to protect subjects in a covert manner.
Equipment
Creeping Junipers most often disguise themselves as normal citizens and lurk around stalking their subject (who is usually unaware of their presence). They utilize intruments such as binoculars and other teloscopic devices to spy upon their subject from afar. They also may plant a bug on their subject for easy tracking or even eavesdropping.
Weaponry
Many Creeping Junipers carry discreet weapons including bombs, blades, and guns of all kinds; tranquilizers, lazers, and other blasters. A lot of them are also trained as snipers.
Vehicles
Creeping Junipers ride in cars, helicopters, planes, and even sometimes on motorcycles or motorized scooters. These vehicles are usually concealed or unmarked.
Structure
All Creeping Junipers are commanded by W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. to protect certain individuals. Sometimes, the protection is requested. Other times, it is initiated by W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. for a greater cause.
Tactics
Creeping Junipers usually stalk their subjects from afar, protecting them from unseen dangers; preventing snipers from targeting them, averting bombs, thwarting opposing spies from collecting information on them etc. They only make their presence known when it is necessary for the cooperation of the subject.
