Fallington's Gates
Fallington's Gates is one of the places where Fallington's bodyguards are housed. This small neighborhood is offsite from Penthouse39 and other main headquarter areas belonging to the billionaire. Though his bodyguards follow him around, they don't seem to live on the premises where he lives. In fact, people are uncertain where he lives. He is not seen living a normal life and often leaves the spies he has recruited to amble about on their own. They believe he is watching them from an unknown location. This is that location. He has positioned these quarters where average people cannot get to them. They are hidden in a satellite location not far from the place he is spying on. His body guards reside there as well. He is able to spy on, interfere with, and control his building's mechanics remotely from here.
This private neighborhood is a small, gated community filled with luxury condos. It appears to be like the average suburban housing district, but people are unaware that it is completely populated by Fallington and his bodyguards. All is painted to look extremely mundane.
Beneath the houses are a lot of underground control rooms as well as garages for the various vehicles that Fallington Stacks owns. His bodyguards seem to lead normal lives here, but they are never off duty. They are always on high alert ready to be called up and suited up to stand at Fallington Stacks's side or do his bidding. The people who pass by the gated community have no clue that the residents within include Fallington Stacks himself.
The community is remote and not interesting in the least. The underground passages, however, contain tunnels to allow people and vehicles to come out far from the community as not to cause suspicion. Wthin the houses, there are hidden basement arsenals full of weaponry and all manner of gadgets and devices. Some of the garages also have elevators leading down to Fallington's underground garages so that people can drive them out of the community without looking suspicious.
Fallington acquires these gated communities due to his immense wealth. When he scouts a location that seems fitting for his nees, he buys everyone out of them, encouraging them to move elsewhere for large sums of money. Then, he begins the construction process of carving out the underground areas as well as remodeling the basements and garages of the houses to be rigged with interesting gadgets and devices that will help him and his bodyguards be able to accomplish their tasks and spy on people from afar.
The billionaire seems to enjoy leaving a little clue about his presence without being too obvious, hence the emblems on the gates. Most people do not notice this detail and, they do happen upon the place, they chalk it all up as a pure coincidence. The settlement is enjoyed by the bodyguards and by fallington who makes sure that it is stocked to the brim with ammenities and features that make everyone feel at home.
