Electro Blaster Cannon

The Electro Blaster Cannon is a larger projectile weapon that highly resembles something of classic science fiction. It is typically colored white, grey, silver, or blue, but is available in every color imaginable. The length can range anywhere from one and a half to three feet, and the barrel girth varies depending on the type of ammunition used. The ammo can be any size from a golf ball to a baseball. The size of the ammunition also determines how long it takes to charge and the amount of electric energy contained in each blast when fired.
When the ammo exits the chamber and makes contact with the target, it releases all its compressed energy into whatever it has touched and dissipates, leaving little to no trace of what originally contained the energy blast itself. The target is electrocuted, sending shockwaves through its body. If used on an alive being, it can cause one to become injured or stunned. These weapons that utilize electro technology are often a main choice against Androids, robots, drones, and other electronically powered operators who can be affected most by the electronic blasts, even at lower bursts of power. Electro blasts are able to cause overrides and malfunctions in electronics, short circuiting them and causing them to glitch.
Junior Sprouts primarily train with these, though other operatives are sometimes equipped with them on certain missions where particular obstacles and enemies are expected to be faced. The Junior Sprouts are not very often allowed to practice with guns that contain bullets, nor do they train with sharp blades. Instead, they are suited with electro-capable weapons that allow for some melee combat and projectile firing without being considered too dangerous. The electo blasts are usually hampered when first introduced to the Sprouts. Over time, they are allowed more ammunition and more powerful charging capabilities.

Junior Sprouts still don't usually spar with each other using fully powered electro weapons until they are deemed capable. They sometimes do experience full utilization of their weaponry, however, in the real-to-life simulated field training they receive before graduating and becoming official operatives.
The blaster cannons can be lightweight or heavier depending upon the factors of how much ammunition it can hold at a time, how much power capacity the battery has. Typically, the larger the battery, the more blasts it can contain. Blaster cannons are often attached to a sling or hook and worn across the backs of those who carry them for easy keeping. They can also be attached to the belt by a holster, but this method also prohibits movement.
All agents who carry Electro Blasters learn to wield various types of these weapons in different sizes and shapes. they practice maneuvering with them in the field so that they can become accustomed to holding the extra weight and awkward shape with them. They are also taught safety precautions as to not accidentally fire at themselves when idle or maneuvering about. This pracitce is done with dummy weapons that are unactivated at first, but as classes progress, students learn to move around with real weapoins that are not charged, then charged weapons.

Commander McCox gives newbies the rundown:   Weapons? Yeah. W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. has a lot of those. All kinds. In almost every shape and size, for lots of different purposes. Melee weapons, sharp weapons, projectile weapons...even electro weapons.   One of the coolest looking weapons I've seen here is the ElectroBlaster Cannon. It really looks like something straight out of a sci-fi movie. It can be customized with all sorts of colors and attachments, but however it's done, it always seems to look sleek and cool. If you don't know what you're looking at, it might look like a toy, but it's wayy more dangerous than that. They're presented as safer than guns, but these babies pack a serious punch. You definitely wouldn't want to get shocked with one of them.   I think it would be neat to have one just mounted on my wall or something, but it should also be charged up with a bit of ammo, just in case.
