Doctor

Qualifications

W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. seeks out the best medical students and aspiring doctors to complete their training at an internal center. Doctors are considered agents because they know some of the organization's secrets, although they do not usually head out n dangerous missions. Doctors are rarely sent into the field, so not much tactical training is needed. Even still, every position from Commander down to Janitor is trained on emergency protocols to follow in case security is breeched or a threat compromises a Willowisp base.

Requirements

The agency keeps on the lookout for medical majors to fill these positions. But, even when a person has not originally taken up the appropriate classes, W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. may still see potential in them for whatever reason. The agency will accept all those who are curious and passionate about the field and put them through extensive internal trainings.   Regardless of the walks of life from which they come, many emerge as talented nurses, assistants, pysicians, surgeons, dentists, chiropractors, dermatologists, ophthalmologists, phlebotomists, and every other type of doctor you can think of.

Duties

Many doctors don't know all the specific, secretive details of the agents they treat and the missions they return from, but it is important for W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. to utilize internal doctors who are aware of the nature of the operatives' day to day and therefore will not place suspicion like a normal physician would.   These doctors, dentists, surgeons, and other specialists treat agents for basic routine care as well as emergency situations, surgeries, and unexpected injuries.

Accoutrements & Equipment

Working out of hospitals and medical facilities run by W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P., these Doctors have access to advanced equipment, experimental technology, and sci-fi grade apparatus-- another benefit Agents receive by visiting internal physicians as opposed to relying on regular-world medical staff.

History

When W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. first began, internal Doctors seemed the best way to keep agents healthy without having prying eyes attempting to reason what happened, especially with more extreme or severe injuries.
