The Greenhouse
The Greenhouse is the set of dorms that Junior Sprouts stay in. Most of these adolescents only occupy the facilities during the summer (and sometimes winter and spring break) after which they return home (typically under the ruse of having visited an away camp). On a rare occasion, some Sprouts have been known to live on the campus as their main residence. This happens if they have no home to return to, or would rather not go back. Each student has their own apartment. Sometimes, they are allowed or assigned a roomate, but this is not the norm. The campus is extensive enough to provide an individual room for each Sprout. In addition to the boarding quarters, the building also provides several places for Sprouts to meet up, hang out, and study. There are quiet outdoor garden areas for peaceful seating, as well as indoor game rooms on the lower levels where children can play video games, board games, card games, and more. There are also televisions for watching movies and other programs. There are libraries for studying and research, as well as computer rooms. Even though each Sprout is supplied their own laptop, these computer rooms are very popular amongst the students.
Purpose / Function
The Greenhouse provides a safe having for Junior Sprouts to practice independence, time management, and continued learning while interacting socially with peers and discovering more about themselves and the world around them. They also get a taste of how W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. functions as a company and come to realize the lives they will lead once graduating the program.
Architecture
The Greenhouse has a rustic vibe with modern ammenities and quaint charm. It is adorned with mossy plants and vines growing up most walls. There are also glass domed areas that glisten in the sunlight, reminding all of the type of structure these dorms were named after. This fosters the idea of Junior Sprouts growing in a safe environment and learning to thrive so that they can be planted outside once they are strong enough to continue with less support.
Commander McCox gives newbies the rundown: I remember my college days. I know this isn't college, but it reminds me of it. Everyone staying in dorm rooms and all that. Hanging out late. Waking up early and rushing to class. Cramming in study time. Eating skimpy lunches and repeating it all again the next day. Not necessarily in that order, though. Sometimes I ate lunch when I was about to go to bed, ate dinner midday, you know, hung out during class and had class in the middle of the night. Sometimes, I ate lunch while I was asleep, showered while eating dinner, and studied before I woke up. You know. It gets crazy. Hopefully you're better at managing your time than I was.

Hahahaha. Commander's schedule is so relatable! Wait? Is there a better way to organize time? Now, what was a I thinking before reading that...? Oh, right! It took me a bit to remember what a sprout is and understand that the building isn't called that only because of the architecture. I love how you play with the words and names.
lol thanks! And I see that Commander's tangents and selective memory loss seem to be contagious... ;D
