Aces of Spades

Fallington Stacks is trying to create a team, and I'm starting to think it's similar to a military formation, but it isn't quite because the Petrichor Four is also an organization so this tracks.   Fallington is looking to band together an elite team of spies to complete a formiddable task. In order to do this, he has requested several operatives from all sorts of organizations, alongside some independent agents, to come to Penthouse39 and train to work together as a team. It seems that he has the mission in mind, but he knows the intel and will not exactly spill the details without knowing that each of the individual he tells are worthy and agree to only participate in the mission as a part of their created team.   The Aces of Spades is the name he chose, because only the best of the best have the power, skill, and ability to become a member of his team. The intense tests that he puts them all through help to narrow down the pool. He also wants to make sure the ones still standing at the end are people he can trust.

Structure

The structure always begins with Fallington Stacks at the top of the chain. He says that he will designate a field leader, but reminds them all that, if they are on the team, they are all equally powerful, skilled, and talented.

Culture

While Fallington Stacks continuously seems to outwardly foster a sense of security and belonging towards all employees while working for him, there is always a lot of mistrust, animosity, and strife among the potential candidates who could be selected for the role of an Ace. The participants of the House of Spies often feel that the whole ordeal is a cutthroat situation and many are on edge at all times, watching their backs, and working to make sure that others don't get ahead of them.

Public Agenda

The Aces of Spades is not a known group to the public, though people and companies in espionage circles are aware of it due to Fallington Stacks sending out invitations to request that spies come and join his efforts.

History

Fallington has a history of being shady and mysterious. There have been rumors of other agents traveling to him and attempting to join his Aces of Spades group, only to never be heard of again. Though Fallington claims that several of his missions have been successful and plenty of operatives are still successfully roaming the world for him, these individuals are not seen or known of, even within the espionage circles. There are hardly any places where anyone can meet an operative and they inform they are from Fallington, but Stacks only claims this is due to his agents being so elite that they are virtually untraceable.
