Sasayaki

(sah-SIGH-yah-kee)

Sasayaki is a motorcycle Computerized Alert Relay System owned by Lin Vu. Though the vehicle started off in a very basic state, it has since gone through several upgrades. It is black and silver with a built-in personality like other CARs, but it does not often use voice to communicate. Instead, it can maneuver around on its own and display words and images on its small screen interface. Sasayaki's name means 'whisper' in Japanese. It was given to the motorcycle by its owner who is also a quiet person.
The vehicle is quiet not only in lack of voice, but in movement. Its motor can be extremely silent when in stealth mode, causing it not to make much sound at all when sneaking up on unsuspecting enemies or spy targets. The tires are quiet as well as the engine. Its movements are smooth and meticulous. There are also a lot of hidden compartments on the cycle that can hold various weapons and gadgets. The headlights are bright but can be dimmed to increase stealth. Sasayaki comes with a sleek helmet that allows for night vision and contains an electronic interface that corresponds with the digital components of the motorcycle, allowing seamless communication between the vehicle and its driver.

Locking mechanisms are natively installed on and within the motorcycle to prevent theft, but vehicle will also detect when a rider besides its owner is attempting to take or drive it. In these cases, Sasayaki has several defence tactics including alarms to alert its owner of attempted theft, and weapons that can help to fend off unwanted interactions. Though it is primarily a normal motorcycle, Sasayaki has been enhanced with a few lasers and procjectiles. It also has a working radio that can be turned up loud so that everyone can hear, or redirected to channel straight through the corresponding helmet so that only the owner can hear. There is a hitch on the side so that a bucket car can be attached if needed, but there is not one currently present. The strength of the vehicle also allows for towing things that may be considered quite heavy to a normal motorcycle.
Sasayaki is able to drive around on its own and balance itself well, despite the fact that it only has two wheels. Special W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. technology has been implemented within the vehicle's core that helps it to center and maneuver with ease. The automated enhanced personality of the vehicle has full control of all technological components and can even deploy or retract the kickstand when needed. The motorcycle has the ability to comprehend complex instructions and formulate plans of its own, while coordinating and relaying the information to its owner. Lin enjoys communicating with Sasayaki, even if inaudibly, as it is a relatable being to associate with.

Power Generation

The motorcycle is a hybrid that can run on gasoline or electic power.

Commander McCox gives newbies the rundown:   Motorcycles. Man, are those things cool. They always look so neat just zooming around. You should see the CAR ones zipping back and forth all by themselves. It's an interesting site, for sure. It's funny to see how they can stand up straight and not fall over.   I always thought it would be pretty great to have a motorcycle but, at the same time, it's scary. Those things go FAST, and you'd better hold on tight. You also need to make sure you wear a helmet at all times. Back when I was a kid, I remember getting my first pair of roller skates. I thought they were the coolest thing in the world. My parents told me to wear my helmet, but I didn't listen. I wanted to look cool. Unfortunately, I didn't look cool for very long. After falling and getting a nasty bruise that didn't go away for months, I had learned my lesson.   Moral of the story? If you wanna look cool, sometimes, you have to look uncool. Like the time I waited in a long line in the hot sun at the amusement park just to ride the Arctic Rush. I sure didn't look cool while sweating in line, but I looked super cool once I finally got a chance to ride...or, at least, I felt cool. And cool. Like temperature-wise, too.
