Burned to Ash
The past has passed. All is burned to ash. It's unimportant.
These unimportant items once physically existed in Someone's life, but he has since burned them all to ash. Even still, to his dismay, they are very much vividly present in the curly bends of his mind......no matter how hard he attempts to forget them...
